Grades 8th-12th are going Snow Skiing in West Virginia!
 

 Mark you calendars NOW.  January 16-19, 2009 the Youth in Grades 8-12 are going Snow Skiing in West Virginia at Winterplace. 

We will leave on Friday January 16 and return on Monday January 19, 2009. You will have the opportunity to snow ski, snow board, snow tube, day and night ski, ice skating and much more.  If you are a beginner or a pro please plan on joining your friends on this ski trip to West Virginia.  

We will keep this cost to under $200.00 per person, but there are certain registration guidelines that you need to follow. These guidelines include participating in youth events as well as helping with our fundraising. We start taking reservations on Tuesday July 8, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Parish Office.  You need to bring a $25.00 non-refundable deposit . There will be noreservations made over the telephone.

A complete list of guidelines and tentative itinerary is available in the parish office or online at www.sfxbham.org. We can take 50 youth.

Winterplace Ski Trip

  1. Children of parents that are chaperones

  2. Children of SFX Staff Members

  3. Children whose family is a member of SFX parish

  4. Children who are non-members of SFX parish

All Children -- no matter what priority -- MUST participate in the following:

benefiting the Youth Group

 

This will be a wonderful evening for the adults of the Parish, complete with dinner, drinks and dancing.  A silent auction is planned to add to the festivities.  Watch the bulletin and your mail for more information!
